Welcome to Mabel’s Tails! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including purchases of individual products and subscription boxes. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mabel’s Tails is a trading name of Paw & Parcel Ltd, a company registered (16485544) in the United Kingdom. Throughout these Terms, references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Paw & Parcel Ltd trading as Mabel’s Tails.

1. Products & Subscriptions

 

We offer a range of dog-related products including toys, treats, and accessories, available to purchase as:

• One-time boxes (e.g. Puppy Boxes, Gift Boxes)

• Monthly subscription boxes (offered at a discounted rate)

 

Subscription Details:

• Your first box will be dispatched within 3–5 working days of your initial order.

• Subsequent boxes are dispatched on the 5th of each month.

• Payment is taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the next box.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Subscriptions:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@mabelstails.co.uk before the 1st of the month.

• If payment has already been taken, the order is considered processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

One-Time Purchases:

• For non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.

• Due to the nature of our treat boxes, perishable items are non-refundable once dispatched unless faulty or incorrect.

 

3. Allergies & Preferences

If your dog has allergies or sensitivities, please email us at support@mabelstails.co.uk before ordering. While we cannot customise every box, we’ll do our best to accommodate common dietary needs or switch your subscription to a toys-only box if required.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only.

• Subscription boxes are dispatched on the 5th of each month.

• One-time boxes are dispatched within 3–5 working days of order.

• Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance.

 

6. Use of Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to misuse the website or its content may result in termination of service and legal action.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of Pet Box UK Limited and may not be used without prior written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate and high-quality products and information, but we accept no liability for:

• Loss or damage arising from use of our products that is inconsistent with instructions

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
